Sooo….I got home yesterday at about 8:30pm. We left Minnesota at about 11:30am. Was a loooonnng day in the car. We brought back my cousin, who is 12 and my (second???) cousin, who is 4. She’s adorable. I love her. But it took longer with younger kids in the car. We had to stop more often. And I had a headache and my car has no AC so it was hot. But I’m home now.
Went to Madison then nowhere Wisconsin last Tuesday till Thursday. Then went to Minnesota to camp. We were about 30 miles from St. Paul/Minneapolis so I didn’t see any more stars than i do here, which was very very very sad. It rained, but not too bad, not as bad as it usually does when we go camping.
Saturday was my cousin Andy’s wedding…and I was asked to take the photos. Ya know, people have told me before that it’s a bad idea to do a wedding as a favor, especially for family. And you really don’t understand it until you’ve done it. It was a nice wedding and it was nice to have my family around to go complain to but as it was a favor, I didn’t get paid and so had no money for back-up equipment and my flash decided to hate me and not work. It really stressed me out and put me in a terrible mood the rest of the night. I got the group photos and the ceremony and most of the reception, it stopped working when they started to dance, I still got a few here and there but it was very annoying.
